Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

If an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

4. Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, or may cease to apply, in circumstances provided by applicable law.

In particular, the right of withdrawal may cease to apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Where a statutory exception applies to a particular product, this will be indicated where required.

Your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
